Adoration of the Blessed Eucharist is adoring or honouring the Eucharistic Presence of Christ. As Catholics, we believe that during Mass, the Bread and Wine becomes the Body and Blood of Christ.

During Adoration of the Blessed Eucharist, we remain in Jesus’ presence and open ourselves to his graces which flow from Him. By worshipping the Eucharistic Jesus, He draws us to himself and gently transforms us. Spending time before the Blessed Eucharist in prayer and devotion is spending time before the living God.

Adoration of the Blessed Eucharist is conducted every Friday at 6:00 pm.
